Mr. Mohit Dhir (Director)

Mohit Dhir is an experienced IT professional with a successful track record in areas of software development, quality assurance and project management. Mohit is a member on the board of directors of World Phone IT Services and is responsible for quality assurance at all levels of SDLC and also heads the team for standardization of product development and delivery methodologies to be adopted within WPITS. His objective is to give best service delivery experience to the esteemed customers of WPITS.

With degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and PMI certification in project management, he has used his diverse skill set for more than 20 years in various US corporations delivering software solutions to the banking and financial industries. He started his IT career at Tata Steel in India, when they were in early stages of computerization of various functional areas of the entire organization. This led him to a consulting assignment in the US, where he had the opportunity to work with many small and large organizations and made valuable contributions.

In the last two positions held by him, he has been a major contributor in starting and growing a project management office (PMO) to streamline and standardize the product delivery methodologies across these organizations. He is a recipient of numerous awards and customer accolades for his tireless efforts in improving quality and service levels of the clients. Mohit is an avid golfer and tennis player, who enjoys travelling with his family. He is a very active and passionate supporter of various social and cultural organizations representing the Indian community in the United States.
